Hey, I’m Heili, and I’m so happy you’re here.

Journaling has been a huge part of my life—it’s helped me get through anxiety, quiet the negative thoughts, and see myself and my life in a whole new way. Writing things down has this incredible power to clear the mind, shift your perspective, and bring you back to yourself. And that’s why I created this space—to share what has helped me, in the hope that it might help someone else too.

I’m not a therapist or a certified coach, but everything I share here comes from my own experience—things I’ve learned the hard way, moments of growth, and tools that have truly made a difference in my life. This is a place for healing, self-love, and learning to see the good in yourself.

My Calm Your Mind Journal was born out of this same journey. It’s something I personally use, and I wanted to create a guided space where you can release your worries, reframe your thoughts, and reconnect with yourself. And this journal? It’s not finished. It’s just the first part. I keep adding to it, just as I keep learning and growing myself. So, if you’re here, you’re part of that journey too.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in negative thoughts, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure of how to move forward, know that you’re not alone. And also know—there’s a way through. I truly believe that when we shift our mindset, when we start seeing ourselves with love and kindness, everything changes.
