Standard printed journals: 14-day withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase of a standard printed MyRoseDreams journal without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person named by you other than the carrier, receives it. Printing the same standard journal after an order is placed does not by itself make it personalised.
How to withdraw
Before the 14-day period ends, do one of the following:
- email an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@myrosedreams.com;
- send the model form below; or
- use the website’s electronic withdrawal function.
Include your name, order number or other information identifying the purchase, the journal concerned and the date of your statement. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium.
Returning the journal
Send the journal back no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Unless we give you another address in writing, use:

You pay the direct return postage for a standard, non-defective journal. Please use a traceable method and keep the dispatch receipt. You may inspect the journal as you could in a physical shop; you are responsible only for diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.
Refund
We refund the product price and the original delivery charge up to our least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the journal is returned or you provide evidence of sending it back. The refund uses the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, and no payment-provider fee is deducted from your statutory refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect journal
This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right. If your journal is damaged, misprinted, defective or incorrect, contact info@myrosedreams.com with the order number, a description and, where helpful, photographs. XS Design OÜ is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery. Necessary return, replacement or repair costs for a justified defect are not charged to you.
Truly personalised products
The 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to a product genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, for example with your own name, text or design. If MyRoseDreams offers such a product, the exception will be stated clearly before you order. It does not apply merely because a standard journal is printed on demand.
