Return & Replacement Policy

At MyRoseDreams, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our journals are made-to-order using print-on-demand services, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:

1. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If your journal arrives with a printing error, damage, or manufacturing defect, please contact us within [14] days of receiving your order. Send an email to [roosmaaly17@gmail.com] with the following:
✔️ Your order number and your receipt or proof of purchase
✔️ A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
✔️ A brief description of the issue

2. Replacement Process

Once we verify the issue, we will:
🔹 Arrange a free replacement of the same item.
🔹 Provide an estimated delivery time for the new journal.
🔹 Further instructions regarding shipping or next steps (if applicable) will be provided via email.

Note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues related to buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders due to customer error, or normal wear and tear.
