At MyRoseDreams, every printed journal is created especially for you using a print-on-demand service. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly help resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@myrosedreams.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution where applicable.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, PDF journals and other downloadable products are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.
If you experience any problems downloading or opening your file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Printed journals ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer
- Products showing normal wear and tear
